YOUR WORDS; Blessings or Curses

If you hadn't known better, you would be looking for the witch from your village haunting you. Yes!!! You need not look too hard because the witches haunting you are your very own WORDS. Words from as far back as 10years ago, months ago, weeks ago, days ago, and even seconds ago.

Often times, we tend to speak without considering the effect of those words in our own Lives. We forget that words are powerful and once released, they set out to accomplish the spoken mission.


                           

What negative words have you said in the past?

Some Ladies have constantly found themselves in relationships where their partner cheats on them, same can be said for some men.

When you casually or seriously said that "all men are cheats, all men are wicked, all women are unfaithful, all women are after money, there is no such thing as true love, I am incapable of loving" etc.. Did you know that you unconsciously agreed with the spiritual forces that any man that comes into your life is a cheat? That any woman that comes into your life can only come for your money and nothing else?

So you can't seem to get a job with all your degrees, and you are getting frustrated. You can't save money and you are almost always broke because things seem so hard.

Have you said to anyone or yourself, casually or seriously that "no one would employ a person like me, there is no job for graduates in this country, I am useless and foolish, I don die ooo, na food go kill me, e go hard oooh, etc.

You are in your late thirties and unmarried, you wonder why?? Recall when you said you didn't want to get married on time, or when you recently told yourself that men do not go after thirty years old Ladies save for sex.

Can you remember when you called that child a "dullard, an idiot, a useless and disgraceful thing"? Can you remember calling your spouse a "fool and a lying bastard" in the heated argument.

What to do now!

1. Renounce every negative word you have uttered casually or otherwise in the         Past.
2. Speak positively into your present and your future
3. Every morning, declare the positive of every negative situation in your life.
4. Notice how things begin to work out for you

For the Ladies, if you ask me if I have seen a man who isn't wicked or a cheat, my answer is- yes! I have. He is my Husband

EXPIRED TENANCY = NO NOTICE TO QUIT

I had to update this post to douse and give clarifications to the issues: whether the post envisages periodic tenancies especially in Lagos, and whether Nonpayment of rent can change the nature of a periodic tenancy. Most Lawyers inadvertently issue Notices to quit even after the tenancy has been determined by effluxion of time. Fejiro, my friend, is a yearly tenant. His last payment of rent for one year was made on the 2 nd of January, 2016.   His rent expired on the 1 st of January, 2017. However, he still resides in the rented apartment and wouldn’t leave because his landlord has not served him with a Notice to quit.
