Love grows and love also dies. A  man's radical love for a woman at the beginning of a relationship does not guarantee his stay in that relationship. His love is prone to waning as a result of the things listed below;

  1. Disrespect - in every man is a King that wants to be worshipped. A man loves to be and feel in-charge as a result of his God given ego. Hence, when he is disrespected, his desire to be treated like a King would make him ditch you for a respectful woman. Your beauty or sexual expertise would not be strong enough to keep him.
2. Uncleanness - A man has 2 homes and he wants to come back to a well kept home. The building and your body are his home. when you can't make them presentable and welcoming, tendencies are that he would take shelter elsewhere.

3. Discouragement - No man would desire marrying or sticking with a woman who constantly discourages him and doubts his ability to excel. Every man desires a cheer leader. It doesn't mean that he should be grossly flattered and lied to.


4. Nagging - No man can stand a contentious woman. Stop complaining most of the time about everything that is not right. No man would want to live with a nagging woman. Nagging drives men away.

5. Attitudes - This is a situation that leaves men confused. It is even worse than nagging. If instead of telling him he hurt you or stating your need, you constantly give him the cold silent treatment; leaving him to figure out whatever is wrong with you, He might just kiss you goodbye soon.

6. Cheating - It is easier for a woman to forgive a cheating man, than for a man to forgive a cheating woman.

7. FBIsm - No man wants to be constantly investigated. If you read his messages, his chats, stalk him on the internet, ask him about his whereabouts always, ask him about every call etc.. In a matter of weeks, you will be dumped. Give a man his freedom if you want him to stay and survive.

8.Misunderstanding - when a man is constantly misunderstood, he will end the relationship on the ground of 'irreconcilable differences'.

9. Inability to keep secrets - no man wants to end up with a telltale. If you spill his secrets twice, he would either dump you or stop sharing his secrets with you, someone else would be given the sacred opportunity to hear his secrets.

10. Leeching - Take! Take! Take! and never give. No man in this century would want to stick with a parasite.

EXPIRED TENANCY = NO NOTICE TO QUIT

I had to update this post to douse and give clarifications to the issues: whether the post envisages periodic tenancies especially in Lagos, and whether Nonpayment of rent can change the nature of a periodic tenancy. Most Lawyers inadvertently issue Notices to quit even after the tenancy has been determined by effluxion of time. Fejiro, my friend, is a yearly tenant. His last payment of rent for one year was made on the 2 nd of January, 2016.   His rent expired on the 1 st of January, 2017.
